Album Information

The version of Oriental Children released as Schuan Journey on Time & Tide is a different mix, with the solo taken exclusively by Guo Yue

As well as the tracks included on Time & Tide, two of the tracks on Travelogues 4 were released on the 1997 Virgin compilation Survival: The Music of Nature, as follows:

Gliding Over High Ground was released as the second half of Glide With A Manatee

Charango Village Life was released as Amazonian Market Day

Eastern Market and an alternate version of Schuan Journey recorded druing the sessions for this album were released on CD 2 of the Expanded Edition of Wildlife

The melody of Sad Shakuhachi also appears in the track Mountain Path by Joji Hirota and Guo Yue on their joint album release Red Ribbon from 1994
